Progress Report: Just finished This One Summer by Jillian and Mariko Tamaki and what a ride that book was. I'll give it a full review later as it deserves a full review, but it's the story of a girl's summer spent at a vacation home during that time in your early teens when your still trying to figure the world out....there are major things that happen, as I think we all have major things that we can look back on during those years. I found myself easily dipping into that "god I can't stand this girl" mode at times and then loving her the next and then thinking to myself that if I could look back on myself at that age there would probably be a lot of things I couldn't stand about myself back then too. In the end, I loved so much about this book...so so much. A fantastic readathon so far :) And after those two books, I need a good laugh!! So it's time for some Sedaris!

Two books done?!! Envious, yes, I am envious. It's going to many an hour before I finish book 2. Oh well, what matters is that I'm enjoying the bloody hell out my books, not how fast I'm moving through them, right?
And I'm with Ana--Skim was awesome, and I'm glad to hear this one is too!
I just texted Rich (he had to go return some stuff to the library), and asked him to get me orange pop. I blame you. :P
